Agent class (which Rob initially assumed Natasha was) has a number of "specialties", basically archetypes/subclasses that denote an agent's area of expertise. Field Ops tend more towards regular combat, Sci Ops towards gadgets and hacking, Black Ops go far more roguelike with investigation, etc.
The Black Widow, on the other hand, is a prestige class. Among other things, it requires impressive ability scores, particular feats, and certain events in a character's history, most of them traumatic.
