The Lifetime of Experience feat is primarily meant to be for NPC usage. The original intention behind its inclusion is to help facilitate "Old Master" mentor types, characters who are still kicking ass well-beyond the age where it would normally be feasible. But of course, it also happens to work for characters who are functionally immortal...
