Adding little environmental flourishes can be a great way to world-build AND to give players crazy ideas of how to attack people.

So... win-win?

Any game that doesn't encourage crazy stunts with scenery is not a game I want to play in.

I remember in a Pathfinder Society Game, the opponent was flying so my monk managed to jump off a balcony, swing to a chandelier to get close enough to grapple the target. Dope. Monk. Shit!

Dropping a chandelier on someone's head is on my "tabletop bucket list", I'll admit.

Fortunately my group is actually contemplating going back to it for an adventure path. I doubt I'll be able to pull it off in this campaign, but if I can convince everyone to stick with the system this time... well, I'm working on a Goblin Swashbuckler who would probably be itching to bring down furniture on someone's head.
