Over a long enough period of time, it can be hard to keep track of your character's development as a person. Sometimes you end up forgetting what they even started out as.
When that happens, it's good to have a friend like Clark to remind you what an off-the-book-dealing dirtbag you used to be playing as.
Love that Clark can stand up to Gwyn and equal her in a battle of cunning. Can see why he picked Coulson for a Corporate Espionage game, guy can blackmail like the best of em.
Funny thing is, it's genuinely not meant to be a blackmail threat from Clark's perspective. He was banking on the reminder of Tony's past misdeeds being enough to get Rob on-board with doing it for free, at which point there isn't really much Gwyn can do about it anyways.
Obviously she's taken it as a threat, but the end result's the same anyways.
