Now I'm curious what Kris' villain submission was. And a pre-emptive 'awww that's sweet' for Kevin, using Tony's supervillain Ultron in Avengers 2. Nice consolation, despite not being published.
Heh, but enjoyable "Self-Indulgent Futureshadowing". :)
I also like how you've set up this battle. Friendly PvP explains so many "hero versus hero" battles in comic books, as well as explaining how/why they often wrap up the way they do. You know, with both sides suddenly realizing they were wrong before they injure each other too badly... most of the time. The times when at least one combatant does really get hurt, it still feels like the players and/or GM aimed for that outcome.
The fact that Thor gets into two separate fights with other Avengers in this movie went a long way to figuring out his characterization for his introductory chapter. Because of course, I couldn't skip the time-honored tradition of "superheroes fight each other before becoming friends". XD
Granted, one of those fights isn't really his fault, but it was still a definite pattern I couldn't help but notice.
